1. Eligibility
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
2. Initiation of Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at info@optibluedefense.com within 30 days of receiving your product to request a return authorization.
- Our customer support team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item, including the return shipping address.
- Please ensure that the returned item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
4. Exchanges
